Novelda Country House is fully set up for cyclists. We have racks for your bikes with padlocks to keep them safe, an outdoor shower room and bike cleaning area to hose down your ride.
Just a short ride from the villa is the famous Xorret de Cati climb which was made famous during the 1998 Vuelta a España – a stage won by tragic climber Chava Jiménez.
The climb beginning is just south of Castalla which is undoubtedly the star side of Xorret de Catí, with consistently steep gradients – at times in excess of 20% – testing even the strongest of climbers.
Novelda Country House is situated west of Alicante near the Spanish towns of Novelda, Elda and Sax. Discover the area’s water adventures with jet skiing and scuba diving nearby or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and mountain climbing.
Novelda is the closest large town and has many shops, restaurants and a weekly market. Perfect for you to grab your food shopping for your stay in one of the many supermarkets.
